Fix 4-Page Website

This project is to repair mistakes by an unqualified person. http://buffetvalet.strajectory.com
There is only ONE rule: it cannot look stupid, like a child did it, as it now does.
If you cannot complete it in under 40 minutes, do NOT attempt it.
If you have questions, it means you do not understand the project, so do NOT attempt it.

Only 2 graphics need to be added (already uploaded):
1. Logo .gif, will be supplied, goes in upper left (1st guy managed to screw up completed logo)
2. Product Roadmap page has one large graphic .jpg which will be supplied

Other Fixes:
1. Bar at top can remain black, change color, or be removed.
2. Menu should be centered and horizontal, and look like an actual menu
3. Headings (1 per page) should be centered and LARGE
4. Text on Opportunities should be wrapped, so it doesn’t look ridiculous

Upload: There are exactly 2 options:
1. Send me files that will work in DreamWeaver CS5 so I can edit as needed and upload; OR
2. Send me files that will work in an open source Website builder and send me link to download it.

This is a very, very simple project, which should take a very qualified person well under 40 minutes. There may be other garbage in HTML files, but anything not currently showing onscreen, except for 2 graphics noted above, is garbage.
