Finish wordpress website 80% complete

Good morning, I require website developer to finish website E-commerce alloy wheel and tyre website that is 80% complete, we are using https://boughto.net/ which is supplying wheel and tyre data and vehicle information.

the current designer has take 5 months to get to this stage, they are too slow.

I require a number plate page to be built - so customers can order 3d plates online.

we have booking page which is also a plugin.
