Extra notes: I commissioned a person to build a questionnaire website www.consumertesting.org.uk.

Unfortunately the person from this site has gone off radar but there are still bits to be done on the site. Changing some of the images on the front page adding a new product offering(designer bags).

Then there is the actual questionnaire. Each individual needs to complete the questionnaire before being considered.

So you need to register on the site to see this, basically we need it to work but at the same time be relatively simple to be able to amend - change questions.

Then there is how each question is reported as each question has individual sponsors so a clear report would be needed.
