Figma design for a single page web site

Give pure html/css website with one page.

Content is ordered as follows
- Item 1
-- Title + Image
-- Short description
-- (Expandable element)
--- Bullet list with general text with links to external resources and modal
--- Button to external resource
--- Notes as bullet list with some remarks and links to external resources
- Item 2
...
- Item 3
and so on

Website has footer and header.

Part of assignment is to design branding and identity: design a logo, choose color codes palette, font(s) family, font(s) sizes, ...

All graphical artifacts should be uniformed (i.e. size of images, their format). Also the web site will be opened in browsers on laptops as well on mobile devises. There is no need to develop two separate designs, however the web site should be responsive.

Consultation maybe required about i.e. good practises in design, UI/UX or some requirements which were not described in this job, but can be important.

All artifacts and intellectual property, which will be created during this job, will be in solely ownership of a job giver. Freelancer, who will be work on this assignment, will not be allowed to redistribute or sell it. But handing over the job they will be provided to job giver.
