Few minor WordPress adjustments

I've transferred my website to more professional hosting - ChemiCloud. There are no more delays after the changes have been made - it works in a speed of light.

Just few issues on my website need your advice - they're rather simple, nothing complicated. Can you please look at them?

(1) Cannot change "Site Title" and "Tagline" under Settings > General. Works only for Japanese language. For other languages cannot change a thing.

Site Title: Magic Prague
Tagline: Beautiful City of Prague

(2) The same thing: cannot change Title and Subtitle for Home Page. Again works only for Japanese language.

There are two ways to do it:

(a) Appearance > Theme Options >
Home page: About US section #1

(b) Appearance > Customize >
Home page settings > Settings for
promo sections About Us #1

How can I add up Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions to all five languages?
