Expert backend PHP developer to deliver music website MVP

I am looking for an experienced backend php developer with proven track record and relevant portfolio, to deliver a robust MVP which will contain the following.

NOT FROM SCRATCH- Some apis have been created already and some functionality exists.

-Buy beat - beat bids also
-Creating and saving Playlists
-Email Notifications - registration, password reset etc
-On site Notifications -beat sales, likes, comments, shares etc
-Wallet - requesting withdrawal of funds, entering payment account details I.e PayPal or bank account when requesting a withdrawal
-Admin functionality to handle MVP features i.e. transactions, users, beats, top producers and hottest beats ( that shows up on the homepage)
-Admin to allow us update subpages like, terms and conditions, faqs, privacy policy etc


NOTE- you will not be starting from scratch as apis have been created for a lot of these already.
