Experienced website developer required for 'polyvore/stylefruits' type webiste

General information for the website: Enabling users to share and promote pictures/videos of products via the site and to link through to dedicated (affiliate) sites for purchasing of these items.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: We are looking for an experience developer familiar with the polyvore/style fruits type of website for community/customer creating/shopping experience.
The website will include the following funcionalities:
- enable users to upload pictures and videos of products
-enable them to tag products, brands and styles in their submissions
-enable users to create profiles
-enable users to rate and comment on users pictures
-enable users to follow one another
-enable users to link through to purchase products as featured in the pictures/videos
-enable user to search through pictures according to style/brands/colours etc
-home page will contain images that change daily (with new submissions)
- enable a Competition feature on the page

*Please note this site does no required a 'library' of items like style fruits for users to drag and drop - users and only submitting their own pictures/videos at this stage*

*The web developer should have experience with affiliate marketing and maximising revenue of sites that link to products for purchase etc.
