Experienced Kajabi Specialist (UK Time Zone) for Ongoing Course & Funnel Support

Project Overview:
I am looking for an experienced Kajabi specialist to support me on an ongoing, ad hoc basis across multiple course and programme builds. This is not a one-off task — I need a reliable, detail-oriented professional who can ensure my Kajabi platform is set up to a high standard, with consistency across all products and customer journeys.

The work will span several of my programmes, including ELITE, IMPACT, and EVOLVE, so a strong understanding of scalable, organised Kajabi systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and optimise high-converting landing pages
* Upload and structure **courses and programme content
* Set up and manage email sequences, automations, and pipelines
* Ensure consistent branding, layout, and user experience across all Kajabi assets
* Maintain a clean, logical backend structure for scalability
* Troubleshoot and improve existing Kajabi setups where needed

Essential Requirements:

Proven, high-level experience with Kajabi (please provide examples)
* Strong understanding of funnels, automations, and course delivery systems
* Ability to work within UK time zones (or close alignment)
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to follow brand/style guidelines and maintain consistency
* Professional, reliable, and able to work independently

Important:

* You will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) due to the nature of the content (IP and copyrighted materials)
* I am specifically looking for someone really good and experienced — I have previously had poor experiences, so quality and expertise are critical
