Experienced HubSpot CMS Developer needed

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are an established UK business seeking an experienced HubSpot CMS / Content Hub specialist to develop a small, professional resource website (not our main website) within our existing HubSpot Starter Customer Platform.

Proven, hands-on HubSpot website development experience is mandatory.

This is specifically a HubSpot project. We are not seeking WordPress developers, alternative CMS recommendations or general website design services.

WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE
Active HubSpot Starter Customer Platform subscription.
Registered domain.
Logo and established brand colours.
Homepage design mockup (shared with shortlisted applicants).
Website copy and initial content.

SCOPE OF WORK

Website development

Configure and customise a HubSpot theme to match our branding and design.
Create maybe six core pages/templates: Homepage, Blog (listing and article template), Compliance Review, Rental Valuation, Thank You, and About & Legal.
Ensure a professional, responsive design across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Provide reusable layouts and templates for future expansion.

HubSpot CRM & marketing

Create HubSpot forms: newsletter subscription, compliance review enquiry and rental valuation enquiry.
Configure contact capture, appropriate consent options and internal notifications.
Set up an automated newsletter welcome email.
Create a reusable monthly email newsletter template.
Configure essential contact properties and a simple sales pipeline.
Implement basic lead-source and conversion tracking.

Technical configuration

Connect our existing domain to HubSpot.
Configure email sending authentication.
Configure cookie consent and relevant privacy settings.
Ensure basic SEO, performance and accessibility standards.
Test all forms, notifications and integrations before launch.

Training and handover

All work must be completed within our existing HubSpot account.
We must retain full ownership and administrative control.
We must be able to add articles, resources and pages without developer assistance.
Provide a recorded training walkthrough.
Include 30 days of post-launch bug fixes.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Everything must operate within HubSpot Starter without subscription upgrades or paid add-ons.

Applicants must verify that the proposed website, blog functionality and editing capabilities are supported by our existing subscription.

We require a straightforward, maintainable solution rather than unnecessary custom development.
