ESP32 Hosted web display

I'm using an ESP32 as an access point (no internet connectivity) to host a web page to display some data on a bar chart. It's a simple application which I'm hoping someone can build for me.

The ESP32 holds a data array of floats representing a record of 5 minute fluid measurements going back 1 week (float[2016]). A new data point gets added every 5 minutes and old data gets discarded. data can be parsed as a JSON to a browser.

I have attached a picture of the functionality and display setup. I think it's quite self explanatory but please ask for any clarification.

A couple of buttons trigger actions for the ESP32.
