Description
We currently rebuild each email from scratch, which is slow and produces inconsistent results across inboxes. We want a small library of modular, well-coded templates we can reuse and populate ourselves, that render reliably everywhere from Apple Mail to Outlook.
The work covers three master templates: a standard newsletter with stackable content blocks, a single-product promotional layout, and a plain transactional style for order and service messages. Each should be built from interchangeable modules — hero, text block, two-column, product row, button, footer — so our marketing team can assemble new emails by rearranging sections without writing code.
Requirements for the build: bulletproof buttons, web-safe fallbacks for custom fonts, retina-ready images with correct fallbacks, dark mode handling, and full responsiveness down to narrow mobile widths. Everything must degrade gracefully in Outlook's rendering engine, which is the usual sticking point and where we will be looking most closely at your work. Inline CSS as required by email clients, with clear comments so our team can edit safely.
Deliverables are the three master templates plus the module set, tested across the major desktop, mobile and webmail clients, with a short written record of which clients were tested and any known limitations. We will provide brand guidelines, fonts, imagery and example content. Copy and campaign setup are handled in-house; this is a build-only brief.
To be considered, please share email templates you have personally coded, ideally with a link to a rendering test or live example, tell us how you approach Outlook rendering specifically, and confirm your availability. Applications without examples of email development will not be shortlisted.

Hi Daniel,
Would you like the module library structured so the same content blocks can be reused consistently across all three templates, with Outlook-specific fallbacks handled within the components rather than separately in each master template, making future campaign assembly and maintenance much easier for your team?
Thanks,
Naresh -

1: Do you envision these templates remaining a fixed library of reusable modules, or do you expect them to evolve into a full design system with seasonal campaigns, promotional variants, and new content blocks over time? That will influence how I structure the components to keep future maintenance simple rather than requiring frequent redevelopment.
2: Which email platform will ultimately send these templates (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.), and will marketers be assembling campaigns themselves? Knowing that upfront allows me to optimize the HTML for your platform's editor and minimize the risk of rendering or editing issues during future campaigns.
