Email settings - MX DNS

We are currently with Ionos but have locked out of our account due not being able to grant 365 administrative privileges - the email the developer signed up with is no longer in use.

We need to switch to a new email provider and gain access to emails again - edit MX DNS settings that the new emails will use while ensuring the current emails continue to use 365 to ensure no down time or data loss.
