Email HTML template conversion

Attached is a PDF we would like converted into an HTML based email template.

**PLEASE Do not send cut and paste proposals, they will be ignored. Provide any experience you have of email templates, not of your entire portfolio**

Applicants should be familiar with constraints imposed by common email clients and be able to test on all major email clients (eg, by using a service like EmailonAcid)

All text should remain as text, and in the case where there are headings on an orange gradient background the text should appear on a solid orange box if the gradient image is not loaded.
