Elementor / Wordpress Portfolio Website with Custom Post Types

I need someone to create a fairly sophisticated custom portfolio site to display work and articles. The site will be built using Elementor and will use custom post types to organize and display three main kinds of content: projects, articles, and "experiments" which are like a shorter version of projects. The person I hire must be expert in:

Wordpress
Elementor
HTML/CSS
Custom post types (currently using Custom Post Type UI plugin)
Custom fields (currently using Advanced Custom Fields)

And must have a solid understanding of

Responsive layout and design
Creating cohesive site styles
On-page SEO best practices

Bonus skills:

Animation
Graphic design

Note: Bidders must have examples of sites built using Elementor to be considered.

Before beginning on development of the site, the person I hire will need to layout the remaining pages for desktop and mobile in their preferred software (Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch).

I'm happy to answer any questions. I'm a creative director so on the one hand I'll be picky on exactly how things look and function, but on the other hand I'll be able to give clear and specific direction on what's needed without wasting your time, and I already understand a bit about the site design / development process.

The reason I'm using Elementor is so that the site is easier to manage and update later.
