Electronic Disclaimer needed for events company & Booking

This events company is seeking a digital solution to streamline their event registration and waiver process. Currently utilizing paper forms, they require each participant to sign a disclaimer which results in excessive paperwork. The goal is to develop an electronic system, possibly using tablets on-site or a web form, to capture registrant data, obtain electronic signatures for the waiver, and integrate with their existing WooCommerce/WordPress platform. The new system should notify staff of completed waivers and allow participants to easily browse and book events via an updated calendar view. Overall this project aims to digitize the registration workflow for improved efficiency and a greener process.
