Electrician, engineer, satellite, unusual project

This is a weird project, but could be fun. I am looking for someone who can help me beam information into space, to do something like contact aliens. Yes. I know....
Basically my idea is to try and set up a small domestic way of sending information into space, for example reversing the flow on a domestic satellite dish.
a very low level microwave transmitter. If I get a reply I'll be amazed... but anyway, it's a real project
