Educational Website/ Software

I need someone who can design and build a website and software that will allow pupils to sign up/ sign in to a website and take a test - the test is attached. The test should be timed to 30 minutes and it should mark itself. The pupils are not to know their score once the test is finished. after the test, the website user should be able to extract what each pupil scored in to a excel spreadsheet that tells the teacher what each pupil scored for each question.
