Editable Interactive Map

I'm a graphic designer and I also build websites for my clients using Squarespace.
One of my clients wants an interactive world map built on her website which would display all her charity work across the world . This is an example of what she's after:

Basically we'd have her logo instead of the ice creams and clicking each logo would make a window pop up with a brief description of each charity work.

We recently rebranded her charity from CBDCT to Love Is Kindness and I built a website for it using Squarespace, where the map would be integrated:
