Edit wordpress site & add custom function

Looking for someone to make simple customisations to a wordpress site. The theme is already installed and its just a matter of editing the colour scheme, filters, menus and images (i will provide the images) and setting up the google maps and payment gateways etc. The theme is Traveler (please review before submitting proposal)

In addition, we would like to be able to add 3rd party review links (eg trip advisor or google reviews) for each hotel and also custom function to allow the partner to set minimum length of stay and different pricing depending on season eg higher nightly rate during school holidays

Please submit a realistic price for adding these functions and not a placeholder bid thanks
