Is your budget flexible? Your listed budget of £275 is unrealistic and 'might' get you a basic 1-3 page, template-based website. But it's missing at least another 0 for something like you are asking for.
I wish you the best of luck, but I would strongly advise you not to go with any developer that's saying they can do it all for £275... They will 100% fail and you will lose £275.
