ECommerce Site on the Shopify Platform

Hello,
I need help of an expert to develop a new e-commerce site on the Shopify platform. After developing the site, you can also help me with the management and maintenance of the site on an on-going basis. In addition, soon I will need help with 2 similar sister sites that I plan to launch as well. The site will retail high-end unique gift items. This project MUST BE FINISHED IN A VERY SHORT TIME! Please read the description below completely. Overall, the site must present a very beautiful and elegant appearance, as well as an efficient layout that is very easy to navigate. The video, pictures, and “messages” that are mentioned below will be provided to you.
Following is a rather detailed description of what needs to be done. Additional information will be provided after we reach an agreement:
A- The landing page will feature all necessary links to other needed pages, including an “advertising” page that will feature promotional videos.
B- The landing page will feature the logo and the moto of the company.
C- Underneath, there will be a picture and a short message.
D- Underneath, a promotional video will be placed. This video will need to start playing upon a download by the customers.
E- Underneath, there will be pictures of several “boxes” for the customer to choose, followed by pictures of choices of around 20 “messages” that will be placed inside the boxes.
F- Once a box and a message is chosen by a customer, the two choices will be combined (paired) as one “product” to be placed into the shopping cart. The message part in this combination must allow the customer to modify the message, by providing the ability to insert the name of the receiver and the sender, as well as a short additional message.
G- It will be EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you can program this part in a way that upon choosing the “message” by the customer, he or she can see how it will look inside his/her chosen box. If not I maybe able to find someone to program that part separately.
H- Next to the “pared” items, there will 2 additional related products (tableaus) that that can be added to the shopping cart. Both these products will feature the earlier chosen messages. They must be customizable.
I- The tableaus will have the ability to be ordered independently.
J- One of the two of the above-mentioned tableaus will be limited-edition, for which a “counting” mechanism needs to be employed.
K- Underneath all above items there may be brief descriptions and links to other pages.
L- At the bottom of the landing page links to other pages, such as ones for policy information, contact information, shipping information, disclaimers, and other information, must appear.
M- At the cart page, next to every item, there needs be “add-on” items (tableaus) featured, to be added on if the said item(s) were not already chosen by the customer earlier.
N- Once all ordered items are “paired” and free-standing products are chosen and added, a link needs to take the customer to the final page that will list all the products placed in their carts, as well as the applicable shipping charges and the applicable sales tax (only for a single US State).
O- After the above-mentioned page, a link needs to take the customer to the payment page which will have areas for the customers to input all their information, by registering, setting up an account, or checking out as a guest.
P- Following the above steps, an email must be generated to thank the customer.
Q- All other functions necessary for a functioning ecommerce site must be incorporated into the Site, including possibility to offer discounted coupon and other promotional schemes.
As I mentioned before, once this site is launched, I will need help with the maintenance and management of the site, including help in such areas as promotions, customer service, and emails. Soon after, I will also need help for creating and launching two sister sites under two other domain names.
