I want to update my template. Just want to make it better. I want to make it mobile friendly for new rules of eBay. I have template which is very old and have few issues at HTML. I want new template to be with HTML and CSS without any scripts. The template must be 100% mobile friendly and cover all requirements by eBay for new rules.

Just want to work and SEO to be OK.

The page have two basic sides, central for description and left side for information bar. When page is load at PC want all to be show, when package is load at mobile, want to hide left bar and do not show, to show only central side with description and information.

I can provide link from eBay with listening for editing. Also can send HTML code.

What I want is not hard to do it, just I'm not able to do it.
