Ebay Listing Template in HTML With clean up and features added.

Description of requirements/features: Hi

I am in need of my PSD Image to be converted to HTML so I can use it on eBay with one or two extra features added, such as a click able gallery at the top of the page displaying multiple images of the product if needed, tabbed information (rather than a wall of text), an advert box on the side and linked images at the bottom to categories.

All text must be editable by HTML and the template must be clean and easy to work with as it will be changed on every listing.
Extra notes: I have added a sample of what we currently use, however I will be adding a more detailed sketch of the layout we would like later today.

Update: I have attached a rough image of the layout we would like including the gallery and tabbed data location as well as the advertisement and categories boxes at the bottom, wed like this cleaned up and converted to HTML to be used on eBay for each of our items so everything must be changeable including text and the images in the gallery to the categories at the bottom.

HTML template on completion must be working 100% as requested without issue before funds will be released.
