Brief website for Burger business.
I need a website making from scratch I have the logos, images and server.
Here is an example of a website I like.

The site already has Wordpress installed on the server.
The website can be made from any CMS from WordPress to another. We are open to ideas.
We need the website to have the option to accept and decline orders like Uber Eats or WordPress on the back end and to print thermal receipts.
I know in WordPress there is an app that lets WordPress sites do that. The app is Foodbook for WordPress

The winning developer will be liable to buy any themes and plugins needed for the site and must be incorporated in your bid.

Hi Khalid,
Your budget is incredibly low for what you are asking for. Do you think it cost £250 to make the Uber Eats website? If so, think again.
It's also a terrible idea to get the designer/developer to purchase theme/plugins on your behalf and to include them in costs. In 12 months time you will need to update the plugins and YOU will not have the license as it will belong to the designer/developer.
Please take some time to educate yourself on the costs of building a bespoke/custom website and why YOU should own the software used on your website (I think it's pretty obvious)...
