Hi,
This job is in two sections.
1) We have a landing page that needs a slight alteration (the creation of two new buttons).
2) We need two new forms based on an existing form. The two new versions will simply be HTML edits of the existing form but there will also be some PHP coding to change the submission of the two new forms. These forms will also need basic javascript real-time validation (ideally from an existing plugin).
The existing form works perfectly for us. The reason why I believe this job will be quick to do is because only basic edits to the existing code are required.
The attached documents explain this job in more detail - and please don't hesitate to ask any questions!
Addendum: I must also point out that this form must work perfectly in IE8+. It already works in IE8 but any changes must be tested. Thanks!
