Drupal website rebrand design and development

We need a designer who can take creative ownership and deliver a complete design refresh of our site, built on a new dynamic component system. Once the new system is designed, these components must be implemented across the site to ensure everything is visually consistent, structured and premium.

The homepage and the join page are the highest priority and will form the basis of the new design direction, but the project extends across the full site.

This includes:
Full redesign of the homepage
New design must be dynamic
Redesign of the join page
Creation of a clean, modern design system (typography, spacing, components, cards, CTAs, icons, layout patterns, etc.)
Applying the new design system across all remaining pages
Tidying layouts, spacing, alignment and styling across the site to ensure consistency
Cleaning up and modernising page structures, while maintaining all existing functionality
Our profile pages are the core of the platform, and these do not need a redesign — only very minor adjustments (such as collapsible sections) to ensure they visually match the new system.

Technical Requirements
You MUST be confident working directly with:
Drupal theme layer
Twig templates
CSS/SCSS
JS for UI interactions
Component-based design
Remote development hosting (downloading and updating theme files)
This is not a design-only job.
You will be implementing your own work.

Apply the system consistently site-wide
Work independently once feedback is given
Deliver clean, structured, elegant layouts
