Dropdown menu on Shopify altering

At the moment the website www.tohren,com has a dropdown menu for "Shop Seals" and another menu for the other items in the top nav. Not entirely sure why it was built like that.

The dropdown is confusing and really hard to use. I want it slimmed down to just two options - "Shop Tohren Seals for JCB", and "Shop Tohren Seals for CAT". If possible put onto the same menu as the other top nav elements, to make it simpler for maintenance.
