Drop down on my Wordpress landing page

I need a drop down adding to my landing page. When you click on the country then you get directed to a blank page named " country name". The redirected page will be blank just needs to be named "Anguilla", "Bahamas", etc ,etc

The list of countries to add to the drop are shown below and I need blank page for the 20 blank pages.

Belize
British Virgin Islands
Cayman Island
Cyprus
Delaware
Florida
Gibraltar
Hong Kong
Ireland
Latvia
Malta
Netherlands
Panama
Samoa
Seychelles
Switzerland

I will provide the flag for each country. I just need to know what the size the image needs to be.

I need to be able in the Wordpress panel to add and delete countries and the flag that goes with each country.
