General information for the website: Aviation Illustration
Description of requirements/features: I would like a HTML page made to use as a Dreamweaver Template on an existing website.
Valid HTML and CSS. (Divs not tables)
Responsive if possible.
Design to be the same as on my website at http://www.markstyling.com/
(Extra notes: Basically the dhtml vertical menu takes too long to load, so I need it to be html and css).
