Domain, Website and Email Hosting Transfer

I have a domain, a website and several emails linked to the domain that I want to have transferred to another host. This is all for the business that I run, so it is important not to have excessive downtime.

I am currently choosing from some GoDaddy hosting plans. What I will need is:

• Help in choosing the right plan (shouldn't be too complicated as we're a small business really)
• Purchase/Transfer/However that works to get all my stuff transferred from the current host to the new host.
• Anything else that goes along with this project that I haven't taken into consideration yet!
