Do design tweeks and finish up development work for fashion sharing website

Hi Freelancers,

I need someone to complete the development of a community based fashion sharing website.

The site design and conversion to a Wordpress theme has been completed, although I do need some changes to the colors used, and more styling of the sidebar. At this juncture, the priority is to have the functionality of the site completed, ie:

Enable users to be able to upload images easily
Enable a special type of user called a "Brand/Designer," with special privileges
Enable @usernames in the comments section so that users know when they are being addressed specifically
Enable an ecommerce section powered by woocommerce, and ensure the look and feel matches the entire site

There are other smaller development issues, but those listed are most critical.
