Description
Seek an experienced technician to migrate DNS to Cloudflare, provision an independent Google Workspace console mirroring existing user accounts and aliases, add several alias addresses, and ensure zero email downtime throughout the transition.
Must validate DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, and routing post-migration.
No inhouse IT support and limited experience from original owner so need this to be guided as to what is needed at our end

Hi Rob,
Just a couple of points to confirm:
1. Approximately how many active email users/mailboxes are currently set up?
2. Do you need the existing emails, contacts and calendars migrated across as well?
3. Are there any other services using the current DNS apart from Google email and the Shopify website?
Best,
VConn Pvt Ltd -

Could you confirm the number of user accounts and aliases currently active in your Google Workspace?
-

Is your Google Workspace reseller managed under FreeLogoServices, and do you have super admin access? That decides whether the seats transfer with a token, keeping all mail and aliases intact, or need rebuilding with a separate migration.
-

Hi Rob, are we keeping the existing Google Workspace tenant and simply removing the FreeLogoServices reseller/admin dependency, or is the intention to create a completely new Workspace tenant and migrate the existing mailboxes/data into it?
To start immediately, we’d need: Current DNS records, Workspace user/alias list, admin access via buyer-controlled invites, confirmation of the live Shopify domain, and any legacy services that still depend on the old DNS.
Once those are received through WorkStream, we can review the live configuration, lock the migration sequence and begin immediately. -

Do you currently have administrator access to both FreeLogoServices and the existing Google Workspace account?
Rob W.01 Sep 2026Hi - Yes I have the ability to log in to admin on both
