Django form and Stripe

I wondered if I could get a quote for a couple of short tasks.

Task 1:
Design changes on a page (screenshot of page attached):
- Should be two columns (float left)
- Amount to give field should be deleted - this should rather be the input field below donation amounts
- Currently the donation select option only works for the first box - not if others are added.
- using bootstrap select or select 2, the items should be searchable. there should also be an icon on left of text

Task 2:
I currently have Stripe setup (using stripe's inbuilt checkout sessions) and linked to dj-stripe on the django admin. Subscriptions are syncing, but single one off payments are not (although they are showing up as a webhook event).
Additionally the following functionality is required:
- The form above should only submit and save the model after stripe payment is received.
- Using stripe webhooks: single transactions (two types) should create a new model instance after payment is successful (payment intent data is being received by stripe, but not certain how to trigger this to save a model instance using this data). The amount field in the model should equal the stripe payment after stripe's fees are deducted
