Divi, conversational form with payment option that produce PDF

We have set up a new website using Divi but I need some help creating a form that makes a PDF and a shop for clients to pay for it.

Basically, the website is to create a Will for the client. A will is a legal document that communicates your final wishes with regard to your money, property, and possessions after your death.


They will answer a series of questions, pay and then a PDF will be sent to them of their completed answers for them to print and keep.
