Directory website with availability and booking fuctionality

You can start from a theme. Anny CMS is suitable.
Business directory for the general business discription ( fieldable).
Unit directory ( where seperate rooms per business are listed)
Availability must be flexible,hours, days, time blocks ( example monday morning from 09h00 to 14h00, 18h15 to 03h00)
Booking possibility (only the platform is ok, we will work with a payment provider like stripe, but can be also another)
Filter : choose a date ->choose nr.
choose a room category -> accordingly this category -> choose a subcategory
choose a country -> accordingly to the country -> choose a place-> choose a distance range
Filter on the listing pages will be more extensive, but those are normal filters to add.
An availability calendar for the visitors.
A manageable systhem for the availability and booking for the owner. Preferable, do this in a calendar( like google calendar).

We are open for anny reasonable suggestion. I open this project for a price of €500. There is room for more depending on what you offer.

To be very clear and after several disapointments with freelancers. We do not work with milestones. 1 Price for the project, the day the project is online, we furfill the payment in 24hour ( if it is a working day ). If we see no results after 1 week, we cancel the project. We have the idea, that it must be easely possible from a template ( we pay for the template) to do this in 2/4 weeks. Offers that take longer will not be accepted.
