Directory Theme installing / Data Import

Description of requirements/features: I am looking to install a new directory theme on www.online-law.co.uk

This is not a simple task and I need someone understands what I am trying to do/create..

The new theme is http://live.btoa.com.au/spotfinder/

The old theme is directory press.

Basically looking for 4/6 hours of your time to convert all existing data to new format.

It will need a bit of designing, form creating etc and patience.

I need someone that understands directories and what fields would be needed for a good listing.

I need it to be a really good looking directory for solictors.

Main aim is = If someone wants to update there listing or add a new listing its £50 a year.
