Digital Download Shop Solution

I am looking for someone that has the source code, or the skills to build a web based application that allows me to sell hard copy and digital downloads in MP3 & Wave format on-line.

The criteria are as follows.

-The buyer should be able to buy digital downloads in both Mp3 & Wave format.
-The buyer should be able to buy both hard copy & digital downloads.
-The buyer should be able to preview individual songs for an album.
-The solution should be integrated with paypal. (OR if the developer have experienced of any other recognized pay solution then that can be considered)
-Add additional albums should be something a person without programming skills can do (i.e. via a separate admin module)
- It should be minimal amounts of step for the user to go through the shopping experience.

I have the Server (supporting .NET 1 & 2) & the SQL dB up and running so any developer that takes on this project will be given access and can do the work remotely.

I am only after the functionality as the web site itself/design will be built by someone else. If someone has the code already from a previous project then this could be an easy way to make some fast money.
