Description
Experience Level: Entry
Web developer / programmer required for small fixes to WordPress website following migration to new host
“Contact us” and “Request sample survey” forms no longer forwarded to the email address linked to the website forms
The issue occurred after transferring from previous hosting provider to the new one. Many settings were incorrectly changed and this is one the new hosting company is not able to fix
The new host suggested the SMTP settings set by the old host don’t work with their platform and therefore need to be updated. The fix is likely to involve the installation of a new WordPress plugin and then altering the SMTP settings so that both forms are forwarded to the required email address
Support is needed on training one of our team members in installing the plugin and changing the SMTP settings to fix the problem
The selected freelancer will also be required to show our team member how to backup the website before doing the work
Please quote rate for the job; payment will be on completion of the project. “Budget” only given as a requirement to post the job; we are looking for someone who delivers high-quality work and who is reliable
