Develop landing page for existing website with WordPress

Hello,

We have spent some time designing a landing page, and we would like this landing page implemented on our WordPress site as soon as possible (within a week).

The landing page has 8 sections, with each section presented in slide format. Each section has it's own header style, and when you click on any menu item, it auto scroll to the appropriate section.

I have attached images for the first 3 sections. Rest of the sections, along with a Figma link will be shared with qualified contractors.

What do we expect from you:
1. Links to similar landing page. Landing page should be in similar format to ours.
2. A budget estimate.
3. A Timeline estimate.
