Develop Html, CSS from some PSD's

I have PSD's of web pages (homepage, login, register (lightbox), my account, profile) and I'm looking for someone to develop the html/css. The pages have a common header and footer.

Already white page (basic) implementation of the site is live, without visual design treatment, and if you're able to support updating these (using Zend framework) that's a bonus.

The header and footer do not have fixed widths, and there are a couple of other page elements which should be flexible when displayed on different sizes.

I'm looking for someone to start asap, and willing to pay up to £15 an hour.
