Develop an ICO website on Ethereum with Wallet for Fiat and Crypto Currencies

I am looking for a web developer to assist me with launching an ICO based on ERC20 token, and also develop a wallet that acts as an exchange and allow users to deposit, exchange, payment, and withdraw both Fiat and Crypto currencies.

The project will need to develop both front end and back end, ICO website, user dashboard and access to Wallet.

The optional features of wallet will also include, depending on development costs, virtual IBANs, Payment Card and Merchant Account.

I also will need a 6 months support on post launch to address any issues.

The project needs to be completed in 10 days, and payment terms will be 20% deposit on PPH and 50% on delivery, and remaining 30% over the support period in instalments.
