General information for the website: PROPERTY LETTINGS WEBSITE

Description of every page/module: MODERN AND BASIC HOMEPAGE WITH MY COMPANY DETAILS ON THE TOP, AN IMAGE IN TEH MIDDLE AND A BASIC SEARCH OPTION BELOW THE IMAGE OR SOMEWHERE MORE APPROPRIATE
Description of requirements/features: I am opening a lettings agency in London and require a website, I would require the following work to be done please:
- custom website design or a nice template to work around with
- would require about 6 pages
- would need a search option so the end user can search through the properties on the website
- Would need about 6/7 pages, Home Page, Services Page, Property Management Page, Contact Page, Lettings Search result page and an individual property details page (all information will be provided by me)

I have the domain and the hosting already arranged with MySQL database for the search.

I need a simple, modern looking with modern effects website and nothing complicated, preferably one that will be mobile friendly too.

I will provide you with two website for reference purposes and some ideas as to how I would like the website to look like.

CMS and Admin requirements: WOULD REQUIRE AN ADMIN PANEL SO THAT I CAN ADD/REMOVE/EDIT PROPERTY DETAILS ON THE WEBSITE
