I have a small project that I require to be done please.

I am opening a lettings agency in London and require a website, I would require the following work to be done please:
- custom website design or a nice template to work around with
- would require about 6 pages
- would need a search option so the end user can search through the properties on the website
- I am using a software that can feed the property details onto the website - Please review options below
There are three ways in which the PCHomes data can be integrated with your website.
1.Rightmove BLM format feed from PCHomes software

- I like something very simple, easy to use website - please see below websites for reference
http://www.gartonjones.co.uk/ - I do not require log in / register / email alerts or anything fancy
http://www.gardinerhomes.co.uk/index.html - this company does sales also, but I only require for lettings
or as mentioned above I am also open to use a template and just change the data on the template.

- if you are good at design, it would be nice to have a beautiful logo designed too, but I have the colours that I want to base the website around and the logo.

Please let me know your thoughts and pricing options and, hopefully we can work out a deal and move forward.
