Design and set up website

We are adding another company and this company needs a website. We have written a specification and it is small. We have looked at existing websites for similar companies and one of them are www.keystonecompany.com and what we need something similar but with less info and less pages then they have would estimate 50%. We have a logo for the other company so the new logo is an adjustment of that and we plan to use the same colouring as on our other websites. We have a hosting company for the other websites so we want to use the same. We want a start to finish job. We are not setting a price for tis we want the developers to offer a fixed price. The developer has to show other websites they have designed and set up. The system below has set that the Budget should be £275 not possible for us to say what it should be could be less could be more please indicate and ofcourse we want an NDA and we can provide a script. We like the developer is based in Europe or South Africa.
