Design a wordpress website with a maximum of 10 pages

I am looking to design a website for a property company, it will mainly be about showing what the company is doing and what the company has done in the past.
• About Us: An about page which has information on what the company does nd what our values are.
• A projects page which will have subpages, the sub pages will contain mainly pictures and nice looking text on the various stages of the project.
• A page for letting, This will show properties that are available for letting and ones that are already let
• Portfolio, this will show properties that we currently hold in our portfolio.
• Current projects, This will allow us to describe our current project, and a section which shows the pictures for the current project.
• Contact us, This will show address, a form on the page where users can fill a form and it will send us an email. It should also integrate a google map of our offices
• A social media link to our Instagram page, and perhaps a feed from Instagram to the webpage if this is possible.
• Simple white & black & gold colour theme with lovely font.
• A box that comes up with a message for example Work with us and a specific message will be provided.

For all web pages, the content will be short and sweet, the website will mainly be heavy with pictures.

We will also require all the source code and instructions on future management.
