Design a sophisticated website

We are a London based young new media company that has a group of highly passionate individuals from usability, user interface, creative writing, development and project management background.

We need a creative, usable and stylish web site and we have some ideas and need someone to bring them to life and shining. That someone needs skills in ruby on rails, php, html5, css3, mysql, wordpress, magento and joomla.

He/she would also have at least 5 years experience with designing website and is proud to show it to us.

Please tell us about you and what can you do for us to make our website so great that people cant stop talking about who about it.
