Design a demo web page

Hi - we are working on creation of a new website. I have a sketch design of a dashboard that I need 'drawn up' so it looks like a webpage to present to our team VLP (viable lovable product).

The output must look like a screenshot of an interactive web page. The content is financial and is placeholders for charts & tables - a financial dashboard. To do this you will need to create small tables of fake number data (in GBP), dummy line charts as samples. Prefer to do fixed price.

You'll need portfolio experience, and this is not something that is knocked up in 10 minutes on excel - it has to create a reaction of "Now that's brilliant", as the start of a MLE (minimum lovable experience).
