Define, scope, design, develop, launch a functional web site

I have an online business I want to take to market. It needs end-to-end technology, from databases through to web front-end, including log-ins and account management.

I have a good understanding of the business requirements, but now need highly-skilled, quality people of all skills sets to help me:

> Define/scope in detail the technical requirements
> Write technical/functional documentation
> Design the identity and UI
> Build the technology
> Test and launch.
> Pitch for maintenance work post launch.

I'm interested in hearing from high quality people with proven experience. I'll need references, urls, CVs, etc, etc.

This is a good opportunity to get involved in a start-up business at the ground level. But you'll have to be very good.
