Decision made - pending admin internally work prior to accepting his offer

I am planning to perform a revamp of my website The Get Rich Quick Experiment and so am looking for somebody to redesign my theme that is in use and help me change the format of the site so that I can relaunch in style in January 2015.

The new design will consist of 1) page Homepage, 2) Searchable mix of videos and posts page and then 3) simple store that will lead to ebooks that can be downloaded and paid for via paypal.

This simplicity will only be possible by integrating contact us/newsletter/search widgets into the template for the three different pages.

I do have ideas about what I want but essentially the idea is to keep it simple. However every page will need the logo, navigation, newsletter sign up, contact us, search box and social media sharing tools visible without having to click to other pages. I'd anticipate these being delivered by Widgets. I want people to be able to quickly perform the calls to action that the site is designed to deliver without having to go looking for them.

Please note I will be getting/redesigning the logo to go with this, if you can offer this as part of this project then let me know and I will include an additional payment for this also.

Finally - I am also working on a number of business plans for other websites and so will potentially be in the market for further websites. It is unlikely these will be Wordpress based but will require more in-depth store integrations, using 3rd party scripts etc. If these would interest you then let me know and maybe we can start up a long-term agreement.
