Database Driven Website

I am looking for a simple yet attractive website, aimed towards woman within the recruitment sector.

I would need the following:
- Client and candidate login/account area
- ecommerce to pay for different recruitment plans
- Client to be able to post a job
- Client to able to search cvs
- Candidate to submit cv

Also I would need help with the SEO if possible.
